Halton C. Arp

Introduction: Halton Arp has spent much of his life investigating quasars and red-shift. His work falsifies the big bang and so he has been rewarded for his excellent work by being banned from using US telescopes to continue his work. He now works at the Max Plank Institute in Germany.
